Hartlyn City, Florida was once small and cozy, but that was a long time ago. Now mortals live with superhumans without even knowing it. Everyone attends Hartlyn Academy but only few know of the classes the superhumans take. If mortals knew about their classes it would be a disaster. Hartlyn is filled with drinkers, smokers, and criminals. It's common to see a police car racing down the road. Hartlyn is nowhere near perfect.
